Five people suspected in the deaths of two Athens men found shot to death inside a Gwinnett County storage unit have been indicted for their alleged roles in the slayings and subsequent cover-up, Gwinnett police said Thursday.
The bodies of Derrick Ruff and Joshua Jackson, both 25, were discovered inside the Extra Space Storage along Lawrenceville Highway on March 17.

The two were reported missing from Clarke County in mid-December, and the Ford Expedition they were last seen in was found abandoned in a neighborhood off Monfort Road outside of Lawrenceville days after their disappearance.
Investigators said the killings were likely gang-related.
On Thursday, authorities announced that a grand jury handed down a 21-count indictment against the men charged in the case.
Four of the suspects — Lesley Green, Shabazz Guidry, Robert Carlisle and Philmon Chambers — have been arrested, while a fifth — Justin Jamal Davis — remains at large, police said.
Green, Guidry, Carlisle and Chambers are charged with the murder of Ruff and Jackson while Davis is charged with concealing their deaths, police said.
