A Jonesboro man accused of molesting a 6-year-old was arrested Friday at a McDonald’s, the Clayton County Sheriff’s Office said.

Members of the fugitive squad arrested Mark Antonio Myke Rodriguez at the restaurant on Mt. Zion Parkway, Sheriff Victor Hill’s office said.

Rodriquez, 26, was charged with aggravated sexual battery, child molestation and enticing a minor for indecent purpose. A unnamed 6-year-old child was the alleged victim, the sheriff’s office said.

Rodriguez was being held late Friday at the Clayton County jail.
