The DeKalb County city will not close its municipal courthouse.

Chamblee Municipal Court, located at 3518 Broad Street, has closed twice since last June as the result of a positive COVID-19 test. The city reaffirmed that its municipal court adheres to the statewide judicial emergency order and its guidelines.

All court attendees are required to wear masks, maintain a six-foot distance at all times and take a temperature check upon entry. Only 25 attendees are permitted in the building at one time.
