Gwinnett County Police Department E-911
Gwinnett County’s Police Department is holding a hiring event for communications officers on Saturday, Jan. 9 and Sunday, Jan. 10 at the Gwinnett County Police Training Center, 854 Winder Highway, Lawrenceville. If you want to attend, you’ll need to first apply for the job online. You’ll be able to complete the first phase of the two-phase hiring process and may receive a conditional job offer during this event. The process is long — taking up to six hours — so bring water, a snack and anything else you may need. Dress is business casual.
Six Flags Over Georgia
Six Flags is already hiring for the 2021 season, and you’ll find many jobs you might immediately associate with the park, such as ride operators and food/beverage team members. The park is also hiring for a variety of other positions, including employment center interviewers, security officers and information systems/technology technicians.

Job hunters will find a large number of openings at Emory Healthcare, including its Atlanta, Johns Creek, Snellville, Stone Mountain and other metro locations.

You’ll find plenty of in-store and distribution center openings at Atlanta-based Home Depot this January, with positions including delivery service drivers, customer service/sales associates, repair and tool technicians and kitchen/bath designers. Corporate jobs are also available for positions such as an online strategy senior analyst and inventory specialist.
