The Metro Atlanta Chamber announced on Monday a new collective for startup founders and CEOs aimed at helping successfully scaling businesses that make at least $10 million in revenue a year.

The Atlanta Growth Collective will be made up of founders, local mentors and corporate leaders to help high-growth startups navigate complex questions on how to expand their companies, different funding pathways to consider, how to develop talent and more.

MAC, an organization focused on making the 29-county region an attractive place for businesses, built the group in partnership with David Cummings, founder of venture capital firm Atlanta Ventures. The program will be guided by the chamber and an advisory board that includes Cummings, Ryan Wilson, CEO of networking hub The Gathering Spot, Stephanie Nadi Olson, founder of career platform We Are Rosie and more entrepreneurs.

“Metro Atlanta is a hotbed of entrepreneurial talent, and as a region, we’ve established a supportive ecosystem and development resources for early-stage startups,” Cummings said in a press release. “But there is a notable gap in support for business leaders transitioning into the growth and scaling stages. Atlanta Growth Collective fills that gap.”

Interested founders must first request an invitation, have $10 million or more in yearly revenue and at least a 25% growth rate. If accepted, founders pay $5,000 a year to join the program. The programming will start in mid-January and the size of the collective will not be capped.
