Federal and local authorities raided two businesses in the same South Fulton shopping center, leading to two people being taken into custody, authorities said.

Officials searched a hookah and tobacco business and a T-shirt shop at a shopping plaza off Old National Highway on Wednesday after it was reported that guns were possibly being sold or stored at the locations, South Fulton police said in a news release. Both businesses are operated by the same person, according to Channel 2 Action News.

The names of the two people taken into custody have not been released, but felony charges are pending, the release said.

The raid was the culmination of a monthslong investigation by South Fulton police, Atlanta police, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives agents, FBI officials and Georgia Department of Community Supervision officials, the release said.

Law enforcement officials jumped out of U-Haul trucks before heading into the businesses. The business owner’s home was also searched, the news station reported.
