Community members and leaders came together during a community candlelight vigil at Jug Tavern Park, Wednesday, September 4, 2024, in Winder. Four people were killed and nine others were taken to various hospitals after a shooting at Apalachee High School in Barrow County, the GBI said Wednesday afternoon.
