William Ruto, president of the Republic of Kenya, and his wife, Rachel Ruto, arrive in Atlanta for a visit before heading to Washington, D.C., for a state visit. While in Atlanta, they plan to visit the CDC, the Carter Center, Spelman College and Tyler Perry Studios.
