This year, it’s Roswell Restaurant Weeks. The annual winter tradition returns for its seventh season spread over four weeks, which started Monday and continues through Feb. 11, instead of being limited to about a single week as in past years.

Roswell Inc and Visit Roswell, the event’s organizers, have lined up 37 dining establishments to participate.

“Roswell Restaurant Weeks aims to cultivate and promote the diverse culinary experiences the city has to offer,” according to the event website. “Enjoy prix fixe menus at your favorite Roswell restaurants or discover a new place to dine.”

Sponsors include Carl Black Roswell Buick/GMC, Edge Business Systems, Gas South and Variant Brewing. Information, participating restaurants and menus: http://www.roswellrw.com/
