Lilburn is accepting applications for the city’s annual Lilburn Christmas Parade and Tree Lighting to be held on Saturday, Dec. 4.

The parade starts at 4 p.m. and will travel down Main Street, ending at Railroad Avenue. All participants are required to complete the entire 1-mile route.

Following the parade will be performances by local school and church groups, visits with Santa, train rides around the park, culminating with the lighting of the big tree beside the bandshell.

Entry fees range from $35 to $150. Military, public safety, school, band and athletic team entries are free. If the event is cancelled due to COVID-19 any applicable participant fees will be refunded.

Parade entry deadline is 9 a.m. Nov. 8.
