A spring cleanup event will be available May 3-6 at 100 Meade Field Drive, Peachtree City.

Only Peachtree City residents are allowed to participate in this free event.

Unwanted appliances, furniture and “other junk” are welcome for disposal, according to a city statement.

However, no tires, batteries, prescription drugs or household garbage will be accepted.
