A shooting was reported Thursday afternoon at McEachern High School in Powder Springs, authorities said.

After the code red was lifted, Cobb County police officers blocked the traffic for buses from McEachern High School to keep moving. Two people were shot in the school's parking lot Thursday afternoon.
