This season may have some rainy days, but when it’s sunny, dry and the timing is right, it’s not uncommon to venture out to the park.
In Alpharetta, there are several spots residents can do that, and folks have weighed in on the best park for Best of Alpharetta.

In seventh place was Cogburn Road Park, which garnered 2% of votes. Not far ahead was sixth place finisher Rock Mill Park, which got 3% of votes. North Park followed with 4% of votes and placed fifth.
A change of pace occurred when Newtown Dream Dog Park and Webb Bridge Park tied for third place. Each got 14% of votes.
Next, Big Creek Greenway, which is made of a 12-foot wide concrete path, placed second. The park that spans almost 20 miles and connects Cumming, Alpharetta and Roswell received 20% of votes.
So which park did Alpharetta residents decide was the best? That title went to Wills Park. The recreation center, which features walking trails, ball fields and a dog park, took the majority of votes with 43%.
