Atlanta is the 22nd most walkable large city in the United States, according to walkscore.com. Some neighborhoods in the metro area are more walkable than others, however.
Being able to stroll through the neighborhood, whether to a park or a restaurant, is a drawing point for many people. Walking can be good for your health, too.
