Don't stumble into something you'll regret. The first and most important step to getting a tattoo you won't regret is to give a lot of thought to your chosen design before rushing out and getting it done. Even if you feel very confident about the tattoo that you want to get, make sure to give it a few days to see if you might change your mind and think of something different. Don't ever go out and get a spontaneous tattoo done during a night out with your friends, especially if you have been drinking! Get a design that actually means something to you.
