One of the most special weeks of the year has arrived - the eagerly anticipated PubSub sale.

The supermarket chain is preparing to offer their subs for $5.99 from Feb. 19 to 23, the AJC confirmed.

The deal for the subs, which usually vary in price, will be offered at all stores across the company.

Speculation about the deal, which regularly excites social media users, began a week ago in the Facebook group, “Are Publix Chicken Tender Subs On Sale?”

A text message thread showed two people chatting about the impending sale. One of them remarked “This is huge.”

“The Havana Bold will be in my belly!!” one Facebook user commented.

More reaction poured out on Twitter over the same screenshot.

Publix was founded in 1930 in Florida. The supermarket chain has more than 1,200 store locations throughout the southeast, including 187 stores in Georgia. More than 200,000 employees help run the stores and last year, Publix ranked at No. 1 on Fortune's list of the Best Big Companies to Work For.
