It's been quite a journey for the injured zebra that deputies found in April along Interstate 75. Police kept referring to the animal as Evidence, and the name stuck. Charles Hedgecoth, Sr., co-founder of Noah's Ark rescue and rehabilitation center, transported the animal to Auburn University for surgery with help from his son, Charles Hedgecoth, Jr. (left).
