In Atlanta’s Ormewood Park, construction continues on a new development of 20 homes priced in the low $600,000s.

The properties, about two blocks from the Southside Beltline Trail, range from about 1,700 to 2,400 square feet and range from three to four bedrooms with 2.5 bathrooms.

The 20 homes “are arranged in a horseshoe layout facing a centrally located community pocket park,” according to a press release.

According to a release, the neighborhood’s HOA will maintain streetlights and landscaping in common areas.

“Homes in this community are carefully designed for each homesite, then unique exterior and interior details and appointments are added as complements,” Michelle Jenkins, principal with The Brightstar Team/ Compass said in a release.

A press release for Vernon promotes it as a walkable area with access to eateries, bars, Grant Park and Zoo Atlanta, among other nearby attractions.

As construction continues, presales are now available.
