As part of an extension of her wellness tour with WW (Weight Watchers Reimagined), Oprah Winfrey is launching a new wellness program series.

The media mogul announced the program on Instagram Tuesday, saying it was inspired by the nationwide WW tour, which she embarked on earlier this year. Now that the coronavirus pandemic has made many remain at home, Winfrey is partnering with WW to launch “Oprah’s Your Life In Focus: A Vision Forward.”

The free, four-week program will take place on Saturdays beginning May 16. Winfrey will host live, interactive sessions on Zoom at 11 a.m. According to a press release, the 90-minute digital event, which will continue through June 6, will begin “inspiring audiences to reclaim their path to self-care in the face of unprecedented change.”

“In early 2020, I spent nine weeks traveling the country, talking to people about being well and staying focused. It was exhilarating,” Winfrey said in a statement. “Then the pandemic hit and shook us all. Now, it’s more important than ever to be and stay well and strong. Together, let’s reset, refocus and find clarity in what matters most.”

Throughout the program, Winfrey will share lessons in wellness that are helping her through these times and guide virtual attendees through interactive workbook exercises, assisting them in finding ways to live their healthiest lives amid the pandemic. Winfrey will host live conversations with audiences worldwide. Also included will be stories of transformation, at-home wellness experiences, and, as Winfrey teased in the video, “some surprise guests.”

In addition to being hosted on Zoom, the series will be livestreamed on Winfrey's Facebook page and WW's Facebook page and YouTube channel.  If you miss the sessions, they'll be available for on demand viewing on all platforms.
