About three weeks into the new year, it may be getting harder to stick to those resolutions you set.

Former First Lady Michelle Obama understands, which is why she’s here to “offer a little inspiration.”

In a tweet Sunday, Obama shared her complete 2020 workout playlist, along with cool down songs.

“These songs always seem to give me that extra boost to get through my toughest workouts,” Obama, notably an advocate for health and wellness, said in the tweet.

So what does the former first lady listen to when she works out?

Lizzo and Cardi B are on the 36-song playlist, along with her fellow Chicago natives Kanye West and Chance the Rapper.

Beyoncé shows up on the list in multiple iterations — as a solo artist with her song “Before I let Go,” Destiny Child’s song “Lose My Breath,” and with a collaboration with husband Jay-Z.

Jay-Z’s song “Clique” with Kanye and Big Sean is also on the playlist.

Obama does note in the tweet that her playlist contains the “clean” version of many of the songs.
