Built in 1935 and then renovated by the previous owners in 2005, Clara and Chuvalo Truesdell's College Park home is now 4,070 square feet with four bedrooms and four-and-a-half baths. When the Truesdells renovated in 2015, they transformed the home from a single-story west-facing shotgun house to a two-story south-facing Craftsman cottage.
