Whether you’re working on a new you or just maintaining the old you, a good workout class can make a difference in your success.

Last week’s Best of Atlanta poll asked you to vote for the best workout in the Atlanta area.

Our fifth-place finisher was Barry's Bootcamp, on East Paces Ferry Road.

“Barry’s is the global destination to get the best workout of your life. We are dedicated to changing lives worldwide through our workouts and community,” its website states.

In fourth place was Burn Studios, which opened in 2015.

“At BURN we believe that fitness should be fun, dynamic, motivating and accessible. With our boutique, specialized approach to fitness, you’ll transform your body while loving the experience and BURN’s community feel,” the studio’s website states.

Tied for second place were Blast and Highland Yoga.

With locations in Buckhead and Midtown, Blast offers a “ 60 minute interval workout for every fitness level with a personalized cardio and strength training plan,” according to its website.

Highland Yoga has three locations in Atlanta, with a fourth opening soon. The Atlanta-based studio offers classes that are “classes are powerful and unique, combining vigorous flow, creative sequencing, and mindfulness practices — all with a focus on true breath-to-movement style vinyasa,” its website states.

And the 2020 winner of best workout in Atlanta is … Orange Theory.

Orange theory touts itself as a “science-backed, technology-tracked, coach-inspired group workout designed to produce results from the inside out.”

The studio garnered 28% of the votes to take the crown.
