Best of Atlanta is back for 2019. We're kicking things off with a hot button topic post-holiday food splurge —working out.

There are so many great ways to work out in the ATL, including yoga, CrossFit, cycling or just good old-fashioned lifting weights. In 2017, the AJC profiled a trainer who brings the gym to you. If you do prefer going to a class, there are also workouts that burn up to 500 calories in an hour or workouts to help break you out of a rut.

You can also check out five of the best gyms in the heart of Atlanta or the best CrossFit gyms. If you are a (shudder) morning person, there are also really early fitness classes.

For our first Best of Atlanta poll of the year, we’re asking our readers which is their favorite gym or fitness center in Atlanta.

In our  poll year,  LA Fitness in Intown Atlanta won the title of best gym. Will this year be different?

Pick your favorite in the poll below. If you’d like to submit a write-in, email stephanie.toone@ajc.com.
