Allergy season may be in full effect, but there are a few tricks you can try to find some relief.

For example, keep a filter mask handy. Those can prevent pollen from entering your nose and mouth when you’re outside.
A nose spray could be beneficial, too. With a couple of pumps, the washes rinse out all of the clogging you may be experiencing.
