I love O4W Pizza and their salads. They have a house salad that has a light, slightly sweet Italian dressing on it. Is there any way we can get the recipe for the salad dressing? — Heather Ratledge, Suwanee

Chef Bryant Daniel was happy to share the recipe for what he refers to as a simple red wine vinaigrette. We cut it way down from the quantities they make at the restaurant, so taste it for seasoning and make adjustments as you prefer. It's their house vinaigrette and is served on their Italian House and Greek salads at the Old Fourth Ward Pizza in Duluth.

Now it's also available in town at Nina and Rafi on Auburn Avenue at the Beltline where it's the dressing for the pizzeria and panzanella salads. The pretty pink color comes from the red wine vinegar and red onion.
