With so many new fitness franchises opening around Atlanta, it's easy to get lost deciding which spots to check out.

Gwinnett County is buzzing with plenty of options for those looking to change up their workouts. Here are three that will keep fitness fiends on their toes:

Vitality Method

2590 Peachtree Industrial Blvd, Duluth. 678-957-3000. vitalitymethod.com.

Vitality Method promises to "Move Your Body Better. Move Your Body More." A quick glimpse at the course offering, and it's easy to see how they deliver on this promise: their Pilates, personal training and physical therapy offer plenty of customizable options for Gwinett residents to find a fitness regiment that works for their body and their lifestyle. For something particularly special, be sure to check out the aerial classes, a refreshing way of turning the average workout upside-down — literally. The workout also allows the spine an ahh-inducing stretch.

Rainbow Pilates

686 Peachtree Industrial Blvd Suite 135, Suwanee. 678-765-8110. rainbowpilates.com.

"Shhh," says the wall in Suwanee's Rainbow Pilates. "I do Pilates." This studio does feel like a well-kept secret, but with a brightly decorated studio and a welcoming atmosphere, it doesn't seem likely it'll stay under wraps for long. Despite the name, this studio has plenty of variety in their class schedule, integrating barre classes alongside yoga, cardio blast, mat Pilates and more for a schedule sure to keep members well-rounded and feeling fit. "At the end of our rainbow, you will have a stronger core," they claim, and with this kind of workout, it's easy to see how.

Sun Dragon Yoga

6375 Spalding Dr, Norcross. 313-303-0096. sundragonyoga.com.

This Peachtree Corners studio has a calming mantra about the yoga it teaches to students: "99% Practice, 1% Theory." With that attitude — the one that essentially says it's all just practice — yogis in Gwinnett are empowered to seek the stretch and the breath that makes their bodies feel the best, with classes that run over vinayasa flow, hip-opening ashtanga-based movement, standing balance poses and more. Truly a studio for all levels, Sun Dragon's convenient location to many Atlanta suburbs makes it a must-try for those looking for a new yoga home.
