WHAT HE'S WEARING: Glen plaid suit by Kiton, Ralph Lauren shirt, Christian Lacroix tie, vintage cufflinks, ESQ chronograph watch.

ATLANTA STYLE IS... : "Eclectic. There is a diverseness to Atlanta style ... depending on your events or the makeup of the crowd you are around, it determines, for me ... how I'm going to present myself." Here, are some of Davis cufflinks.

A WEAKNESS: "One thing I can't ever pass up is a suit. I just love suits if it is the right cut, the right cloth, the right features. I like a lot of ticket pockets, peak lapels and dual vents. I have about 40 suits and 110 ties."

Davis has quite a few pocket squares to go with his suits.

BIGGEST SPLURGE: "Another Ralph Lauren suit that I spent $700 for. It is a charcoal gray, pin-striped, peak lapel, double-vented suit with ticket pockets and side tabs on the waist of the trousers. It retails at about $4,000."

A FASHION PET PEEVE: "When your clothes don't fit."

FAVORITE STORES: "Discover Mills, Neiman Marcus Last Call and Saks Fifth Avenue Off Fifth outlets, Filene's Basement and Marshalls in Buckhead." FAVORITE LABELS: "Ralph Lauren. I love Purple Label stuff. It is a wise investment that will never go out of style."

This is part of Davis' 110 tie collection.

BEST FIND: "A Ralph Lauren Purple Label suit that I bought on eBay for $449 that was in the Ralph Lauren store at Lenox for $4,995. Or a pair of vintage Gucci loafers from 1978 that were worn two times that I bought on eBay for $16."

Davis displays some of his shoes.

STAND-OUT FASHION MOMENT: "I really started spending more time dressing when I was in high school. I attended Southwest DeKalb high school and I worked for Service Merchandise selling watches and jewelry. I had to go to work in a tie. It wasn't that cool to be dressed up going to school, but I had to do it."
