Red and blue teams go at it in online multiplayer. Up to 16 players can join the battle on the game's 11 maps. New in Halo 3 is the ability to edit maps.

A big improvement in Halo 3 in the scenery. Outdoor environments feel expansive thanks to impressively drawn skies and distant objects.

One of the better multiplayer maps is Sandtrap, which is ideal for snipers.
