Dad's Garage Theatre company will team up with Angels Among Us Pet Rescue for an upcoming live event.
The virtual event on Facebook live, PuppyProv Online, will include improvisers performing improv scenes with their pets from home.
Meanwhile, "Angels Among Us foster parents will highlighting some of their adorable animals… and if one captures your heart – you can adopt them," according to a Facebook event post.
The event will be a fundraiser for both Angels Among Us and Dad’s Garage.
Like most theaters and places of entertainment throughout Atlanta and beyond, Dad’s Garage is trying to find ways to adapt to a world of social distancing.
The theater company has looked to online options to keep the city laughing.
"Things are crazy right now, but we have some good news! There will be Dad's Garage digital programming to keep you company every day of the week," a post on Dad's website reads. "It's gonna be a challenging stretch, so please help us out by donating, subscribing, and tuning into our new Twitch content."
