Arter the coronavirus pandemic forced the zoo to lay off about 100 part-time employees last spring. Patrons were able to return in May, however, with timed tickets and cleaning protocols in place.
Now the zoo is hiring again.

Our 40-acre facility, with more than 1,000 animals representing 200+ animal species, is one of Atlanta’s most visited destinations. If you have the desire to aid visitors in fulfilling an enjoyable experience, apply today,” it states on its website.
The zoo will hold a virtual job fair Tuesday, Feb. 16, via Zoom. To get an interview, you must apply ahead of the job fair. Once you submit your application, you’ll be sent an email with instructions and a link to sign up for an interview time. The zoo states everyone who applies will receive a one-on-one virtual interview with a hiring manager.

> Ride attendant II
> Sales associate cashier (merchandise)
> Membership sales associate
> Summer camp educator
