The owners of “Villa de la Vina” have been sharing their home with the contestants of ABC’s iconic reality show series “The Bachelor” for years, according to Realtor.com. While contestants have flocked to the mansion to find love in the past, the mansion is now available for rent on Airbnb. Those that want to experience “The Bachelor” mansion’s charm firsthand, however, will need to widen their pockets. It’s $30,000 a night to stay at this California estate.
The 10,000-square-foot mansion features seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms, as well as a 20,000-square-foot outdoor space. From event hosting to high-priced private vacations, “The Bachelor” mansion has taken on a new identity.
The “Mediterranean-style revival house, with its one-of-a-kind pool and romantic archways, exudes the rich feeling of a picturesque hideaway with canyon, mountain and vineyard views,” according to the Airbnb listing. From chefs to chauffeurs, the $30,000 per night package does come with a few perks.
“We offer our guests more than just the home, we also supply our guests with access to one of the most famous pools in the world, two jacuzzis, a pool table, hand crafted furniture, eye popping views, and enormous outdoor space all perfectly packaged for your stay,” the listing said. “We are the perfect place for your next vacation or event.”
Those looking to live it up like one of “The Bachelor” contestants are in for a shock, however.
“Absolutely no parties, filming, professional photography or gatherings without approval from ownership in writing,” the listing said. “Intimate weddings okay with written approval. If this rule is not followed you will be shut down immediately and the police will be called for trespassing. Additional insurance will be necessary for all events.”
‘The Bachelor” first aired on ABC in 2002, quickly growing into one of reality television’s most iconic series. The show has aired hundreds of episodes across 27 seasons and has spawned numerous spinoff series in the process.
