For $300,000, any Netflix binge watcher can now purchase a piece of pop culture history. The Byers House, home to “Stranger Things” characters Will, Joyce and Jonathan Byers, is currently for sale in Fayetteville, Georgia.

Much of “Stranger Things” filming, particularly season four, was done in Georgia — leaving a number of notable tourism hotspots for fans of the show. But this sale offers a uniquely new opportunity.

The iconic spot where Joyce Byers and the rest of the “Stranger Things” gang communicated between realms, saw horrifying glimpses of the Upside Down and much more, the Byers House proved to be a significant character in its own right throughout Netflix’s hit series.

As Zillow pointed out in the listing, the former Netflix set could be quite the Airbnb opportunity for anyone looking to capitalize on the popularity of “Stranger Things.” After all, Hopper’s Cabin is currently functioning as an escape room in Powder Springs.

The Byers House has three bedrooms and two bathrooms within its 1,846 square foot space. The property does come with a drawback, however.

“Don’t get stuck in the upside down though, this home does need a full rehab, but with the right owner the potential return on investment (ROI) could be HUGE!” the Zillow listing said.

According to Zillow, the property’s current owners have found maintaining their privacy a challenge following the success of the series.

“Since the show was aired fans have traveled far and wide, almost daily, just to drive by and get a picture,” the listing said. “So much so that the owners had to put up a driveway barricade and ‘Private Property’ signs just to keep people from trespassing, so needless to say the house gets a ton of attention.”
