Located at 1 Kellogg’s Square, there is a Pop-Tarts gingerbread lodge. Featuring four bedrooms and two bathrooms, the 35 square-foot home miniature is the latest listing to make the company’s “Zillow Gone Wild” list.

And it’s all in the name of Kellogg’s latest sweepstakes.

“Just north of the Wild Berry Woods in the foothills of the Applefritterlachians, this pantry-style farmhouse features immaculately frosted finishings, a toasty interior, and ample acreage – provided you’re roughly the size of Frosted Gingerbread Pop-Tarts,” the home’s listing said.

“Easy access is baked into the kitchen and living room courtesy of a Frosted Chocolate Chip archway that provides seamless flow, making it a breeze to segue between eating, entertaining, or unwinding after a long day of running, running as fast as you can.”

The real magic of the home is just above the fireplace.

“The spacious living room – complete with an artisanally crafted Eggo Frosted Maple Flavor area rug and mid-century modern Frosted Chocolate Fudge furnishings – is fit for a full-on party that is anything but cookie-cutter,” the listing said. “Keen eyes will note the limited edition artwork on the delicious Frosted Gingerbread Pop-Tarts above the fireplace. In the bedroom upstairs, just beyond the beautifully restored Frosted Apple Fritter wallpaper, a sun-drenched reading nook looks out on all .0006 acres of property. All-in-all, this pastoral palace has to be seen – and tasted – to be believed.”

The gingerbread house listing is a new promotion for Kellogg’s new Frosted Gingerbread Pop-Tarts, for which the breakfast company is also currently running “Kellogg’s Pop-Tarts Drury Lane Contest.”

Entrants can build gingerbread houses using Pop-Tarts, take a photo of their work and post the picture on Instagram or Twitter with the hashtag “#GingerbreadPopTartEntry” and tagging “@poptartsus” to participate for a chance to win $15,000.
