Cardi B turned 29 last week and her husband, Migos rapper Offset, give her a massive gift: a $1.49 million mansion in the Dominican Republic.

It’s safe to the say the gift outdid the $500,000 in cash that Cardi B gave the Lawrenceville-born Offset, born Kiari Cephus, for his birthday in 2019.

The metro Atlanta-based couple is getting into the investment property business, something Cardi B has long been interested in.

“For a hot minute now I’ve been telling Set that I really want to invest in short term home rental properties in the DR and other Caribbean countries (since people vacation all year around in those locations), but I felt like he didn’t agree with me and would rather put money into other investments,” she said on Instagram.

The 7,000-square foot home has 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms across four levels. It also includes a separate studio apartment with its own kitchen, according to the listing.

Amenities include two main entrances — one with an automated gate and a second with a 24-hour security guard — three tennis courts, a helipad, a large roof terrace, two swimming pools and a private beach.

Offset closed on the home with Compass agents Antonio Khoury and Brandi Hunter-Lewis, Atlanta real estate agent to the stars. She also helped Cardi B and Offset close on their metro Atlanta mansion in 2019.

“Kiari, when you called, I knew I was going to do whatever it took to make sure this happened for you and her! Special thanks to @antoniokhoury for helping facilitate the team!” Hunter-Lewis said in part on Instagram.
