In the heart of Midtown is a new 64-residence condominium community with homes priced as high as $2.5 million.

40 West 12th has a model home that spans over 2,000 square feet, and potential buyers can view it knowing they were top-of-mind. Move-ins have already begun.

It was designed by M. Chrisler Designs owner Michael Morris who aimed to create a unit that blended sophistication, function and luxury. He thought up “memory points” throughout the home to create a personal buyers’ experience.

“Every room, from the master bedroom to the main living space, is different in its own way, but the harmony evoked by a neutral design palette allows potential buyers to envision themselves in the space,” a press release said.

Among the featured designs are a chef’s kitchen with dark, rich tones and the owner’s suite, which features artwork and blends warm and cool neutrals. There’s also a dual-sided fireplace in the main living area. It’s directly connected to a huge balcony with Midtown views.

“Come home to an oasis bathed in natural light, from the floor-to-ceiling windows to the dual-sided fireplaces that brighten up the evening. The unparalleled quality and attention to detail in these show-stopping homes are only the beginning,” the website said.

Two, 3 and 4 bedroom residences are available ranging from $1.1-$2.5 million.

Amenities include a heath and wellness club, yoga studio, resort-style pool open all year and a private one-acre terrace.
