Country music legend Dolly Parton just made a stay at Dollywood a lot more interesting. You can now rent Parton’s iconic Gypsy Wagon tour bus for your next stay.
The tour bus was used for her road trips from 2008 to 2022. With all the memories made on the bus, Parton decided it’s time to retire her lived-in locomotive.
Two guests can stay for a minimum of two-nights. Rates start at $10,000. Although the price is steep, a percentage of the proceeds will go to the Dollywood Foundation and Parton’s Imagination Library - which provides educational necessities and resources for children.
Some unique features include a closet containing various costumes and and a cabinet displaying some of the singer’s iconic wigs. The bedroom is decorated with colorful decor, hand-painted murals and crystal balls.
“I have homes all over the United States, but my favorite place is the bus because that way I can just feel those wheels rolling,” Parton said in a statement. “I’m a true gypsy at heart.”
The Gypsy Wagon will be parked at Dollywood DreamMore Resort & Spa in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee.
