Blue Ivy, the 11-year-old daughter of Beyoncé and Jay-Z, made her dancing debut during the Paris leg of her mother’s Renaissance tour. And now Beyoncé has joined thousands of social media users in praising her daughter.

Over the weekend, social media time lines were flooded with videos of Blue Ivy — wearing a sparkling silver outfit with blackout shades — as she danced along with her mother.

A video posted by @famadiagneoff on TikTok captured the moment during “My Power” when Beyonce welcomed Blue Ivy onto the stage.

“My bloodline, on the frontline,” Beyoncé sang before introducing her daughter, as seen on a TikTok video posted by a fan. “Give it up for Blue!”

The audience cheered Blue Ivy on as she nailed the choreography. On social media, meanwhile, it wasn’t just fans who enjoyed watching the duo dance. Beyoncé herself took the opportunity to have a fan girl moment of her own.

“My beautiful first born,” Beyoncé wrote in an Instagram post. “I’m so proud and thankful to be your mama. You bring us so much joy, my sweet angel.”

Proud grandma Tina Knowles took to Instagram too, sharing a video from her front row seat at the concert. She wrote touching words of her own about the performance, noting that blue Ivy “rehearsed and learned this in little over a week.” In a separate post, she took a moment to acknowledge her granddaughter’s skills.

“Last night I saw my beautiful grandbaby (11) dance in the front of almost 70 thousand people! She killed it and was as cool as a cucumber!” Knowles wrote.

This wasn’t the first time Blue Ivy made her mark in the world of entertainment. In 2021, Blue Ivy became the second-youngest artist to win a Grammy, with a win for “Brown Skin Girl,” on which she had a writing credit.
