Actress Storm Reid recently went through an experience many high school seniors can relate to — the anxiety of college acceptances.

The native Atlantan shared the emotional footage on Instagram Tuesday.

“Oh my God, I’ve been waiting on this all day! I don’t think I can open it. I can’t open it!” she said in the video, clicking on her browser as she navigated to the page on the University of Southern California’s website.

After calling for her mom, she finally opened the page and confetti exploded across the screen. Instantly, Reid burst into tears before saying, “I got in!”

Thousands of comments flooded the 17-year-old starlet’s page. But one that seemed to particularly move Reid came from Oprah Winfrey.

The media mogul, who starred with Reid in the 2018 film “A Wrinkle In Time,” couldn’t help but remark on their time together before congratulating Reid.

“College?Already?!! Feels like just the other day I was Mrs. Whichin’ it with you and you were 13 ! O well guess that was just a wrinkle in time,” Winfrey commented with a winking emoji. “Congratulations dear one. USC , you will bless that campus.”

“@oprah I LOVE YOU SO MUCH. You don’t know how much of an impact you’ve made on me,” Reid replied with a pleading face emoji and a heart.

The “Don’t Let Go” star also received praise from other celebrities including “Grown-ish” actor Trevor Jackson, model Ebonee Davis and child star Mckenna Grace.

Reid’s college acceptance comes after she graduated from high school 12 months sooner than expected.

“Ya girl is done with high school. A month early. And I am graduating a WHOLE YEAR early. This is not how I envisioned celebrating this milestone, but I’m still immensely proud of myself,” she said in part in a May 2020 Instagram post.
