Former teen heartthrob Matthew Lawrence and 90s showstopper Chilli want to start a family.

The two went “Instagram official” in December 2022, just in time for some holiday cheer and have been in excessive PDA mode ever since. “Boy Meets World” star Lawrence, 43, doesn’t have any children, while TLC’s Chilli (whose real name is Rozonda Thomas), 52, has a 25-year-old son with fellow musician Dallas Austin.

“She’s just got, you know, her morals and her values,” Matthew says. “The way she treats her family. She loves my family — so important. We get along.” Lawrence told Entertainment Tonight.

During that interview, Lawrence was asked if there were any children in the cards.

“That’s the game plan. That’s what we’re trying to do,”

Their relationship caused a bit of a stir, as the announcement came a few months after Lawrence finalized his divorce from “Dancing with the Stars” dancer Cheryl Burke. Chilli, meanwhile, hasn’t been in many public relationships since her brief time with Nick Cannon in 2016.

Christal Jordan, a longtime rep for Chilli, told PEOPLE she could see a difference in her friend.

“I’ve been with Chilli since 2005 and I’ve never seen her this in love.”

When asked about their relationship, Lawrence couldn’t help but boast about their love affair.

“My life is in complete bloom right now. I get to spend time with an amazing woman like Chilli,” he explained. “I’ve never gotten to be able to experience that kind of relationship before. She’s really, really special.”
