Supercross racer Les Smith looks over the track at the Georgia Dome. More than 500 truck loads or 5000 yards of Georgia red clay are used to make the track. The dirt is stored near the stadium and reused each year.

Ryan Dungey and Ryan Villopoto are tied for the points lead coming into Atlanta for round 8 of the 17 round series that ends in Las Vegas.
