After nearly three years of construction and planning, the dolphin expansion at the Georgia Aquarium will open April 2. Here, a dolphin appears to wave to visitors from the new multi-million dollar exhibit. The press got a sneak preview of the attraction, which is home to three dolphins -- Phebe, Lily, and Shaka.
