It’s that time of year. Even though last week’s warm weather is over, it’s still a great time of the year to get out and spark some new romance, just in time for Valentine’s Day.

We asked, and y'all told us what the best first date spot is. The results didn't veer to far from our  previous version of this poll.

Ponce City Market took the top spot for its many attractions. It includes Skyline Park, which offers old-timey carnival fun in a new, hip area. Read our Ponce City Market before you go.

Piedmont Park is Atlanta's favorite park, and it reached the No. 2 spot on our list. Throughout its history as farmlands, then fairgrounds, then as host to outdoor events of all kinds, Piedmont is the place to be. Read our guide to Piedmont.

In third place, Avalon in Alpharetta is a bustling mixed-use urban retail environment. It's mix of shops and restaurants means there's something for everyone. Check out the food tour The AJC took there.
