These 'Dancing with the Stars' contestants have Georgia ties.

Atlantan and "Empress of Soul" Gladys Knight is ready to represent Georgia on the 14th season of "Dancing with the Stars."

Nancy Grace competed on the 13th season of "Dancing with the Stars." The former prosecutor and now well-known television personality was eliminated in week eight.

"All My Children" actor and Iraq War veteran J.R. Martinez moved to Dalton when he was 17 and played high school football there until an injury dashed away his pro football career hopes. Martinez and partner Karina Smirnoff took home the season 13 title.

Former UGA wide receiver Hines Ward really did Georgia proud by winning season 12 of "Dancing with the Stars" along with his partner Kym Johnson.

Teen star and native Atlantan Kyle Massey appeared on Season 11 with partner partner Lacey Schwimmer, and finished in a very respectable second place.

Singer Toni Braxton was on season 7 and finished in fifth place with partner Alec Mazo. Braxton has been a longtime resident of Duluth, though she has faced foreclosure on her Sugarloaf Country Club home.

Comedienne Margaret Cho appeared on season 11 of the show and was the third contestant to be voted off. Cho has lived in Peachtree City and Atlanta while filming the show, 'Drop Dead Diva.'

Boxer Evander Holyfield appeared on the inaugural season of the competitive dancing show, but didn't last very long, being eliminated in the second round with partner Edyta Sliwinska. Holyfield has been a longtime resident of Fayette County, where his sprawling mansion faced foreclosure twice in one year back in 2008.
