Charlie Sheen got a musical intro from rock guitarist Slash.

Comedy Central will broadcast the roast on Sept. 19, the same night CBS airs the revamped version of "Two and a Half Men," the highly rated sitcom on which Sheen used to star.

Charlie Sheen starred on the CBS show before his infamous break from the show in the past year, which included a feud with show creator Chuck Lorre and a touring stage show of comedy and stream-of-consciousness talk.

Charlie Sheen talks to reporters before the event, which was hosted by "Family Guy" creator Seth MacFarlane and featured comedians Jeffry Ross, Jon Lovitz and Patrice O'Neal.
