The Presidential election results delay has backfired on the actor and his stunning wife Kim Basinger who threatened to leave the United States if George Bush was voted into the White House. Furious Republicans flooded his www.alecbaldwin.com site causing the Guestbook section to be overloaded. "Due to the steady and constant stream of offensive material that has been posted here on my Guestbook regretfully we are closing the site indefinitely," said Baldwin. "Most of the offensive material has been political in nature which I find rather disappointing since my website was constructed as a means to communicate with my audience about my films, television and theatre work.
