The Georgia Aquarium is continuing its 10-year anniversary celebration  with a new dolphin experience.

The AT&T Dolphin Celebration will open March 31 and replace the AT&T Dolphin Tales show, which began five years ago and closed on Jan. 3 after 4,618 performances.

Unlike its heavily theatrical predecessor, the new presentation will focus on the dolphins’ athleticism and behaviors and provide an educational demonstration.

During the past few months, guests have been able to experience a temporary training session, Splash 101, to see how trainers and dolphins have been preparing for the premiere of the Dolphin Celebration.

The dolphin presentation joins the previously reported opening of the aquarium's sea lion exhibit, also on March 31.
