The Drumline leads the 2007 Marching Cats of Newnan High School.

The Newnan High Marching Cats Drumline scored the highest of all sections at the Warner Robins "Heart of Georgia Marching Band Invitational" in October (and the highest in school history)! Jacksonville State University (Alabama) has the best drumline in the country. Most other drumlines know this. Many students come from all over the country just to drum there. Atlanta will get to see them as they open at Georgia Tech in 2008.

The best college drumline exists in Jacksonville, Alabama, at Jacksonville State University, where the Marching Southerners are nationally known for having one of the cleanest drumlines around. Students from all over the country attend JSU just for their drumline. Georgia Tech will get their taste of them next fall, as their home opener.
