He’s known as the Young Sinatra and hangs with a crew called the RattPack, so you know this 26-year-old singer-rapper from Maryland has solid musical taste. Logic, as the guy born Robert Bryson Hall is called, has released a handful of mixtapes and two studio albums — the most recent, “The Incredible True Story,” last November.

Vance Joy
The Australian singer has made a few appearances in Atlanta the past year, at Music Midtown in September and then as an opener for Taylor Swift at the Georgia Dome in October. He always has impressed, not only with his own breezy guitar-pop — nearly three years later, "Riptide" is still a delight — but his ace choices in cover songs. His Music Midtown appearance brought a robust version of Fleetwood Mac's "The Chain," while his Dome set included a lovely version of Sam Smith's "Stay With Me."

Legends of Southern Hip-Hop
As far as legends and hip-hop go, the lineup assembled for this short tour of the South indeed includes many names worthy of the “legendary” tag. Juvenile, the New Orleans maestro who has been rocking the mic since the ’90s, leads the musical parade, which also includes Mystikal, Bun B, Trick Daddy, 8Ball & MJG, and College Park native Pastor Troy.

Tinashe
At only 23, Tinashe Kachingwe is already a double threat. She’s released a series of mixtapes and, earlier this month, blended two of them together to form a self-titled album of hip-hop-pop that she released on Spotify. But Tinashe, as she’s known, also has been acting since 2000, including 2004’s “The Polar Express” with Tom Hanks and a recurring role on “Two and a Half Men” as Jake’s girlfriend, Celeste.

Joe Satriani
Guitar legend Joe Satriani released a new album last summer — “Shockwave Supernova” — so, naturally, he’s been on the road to support it. But his 2016 tour is a celebration of sorts. It’s dubbed 30 Years of Mind-Bending Guitar Daredevilry, and Satriani plans to showcase music ranging from his first solo album, “Not of This Earth,” through “Shockwave.” Satch will be with his band — Marco Minnemann on drums, Bryan Beller on bass and Mike Keneally on keyboards and guitar.
