Star-studded cast shows off 'Brooklyn's Finest'

Richard Gere and Ethan Hawke led a star-studded cast at the premiere of "Brooklyn's Finest" in New York.

Academy Award nominee Don Cheadle plays Tango. The movie follows three unconnected Brooklyn cops with different career paths who wind up at the same deadly location.

The film also stars two veteran actresses, Ellen Barkin ...

... and Lili Taylor.

Let's hope Wesley Snipes makes sure the IRS gets their cut of his paycheck.

Soap fans may recognize Shannon Kane from "All My Children."

This is not the first police film for director Antoine Fuqua, with wife Lela Rochon. He also directed "Training Day."

Ethan Hawke had to be eager to work with Antoine Fuqua again. He received a best supporting actor nomination at the 2002 Oscars for his role in "Training Day."

Ja Rule made sure that Queens represented.

Representing another of the five burroughs was "Real Housewives of New York" castmate Kelly Bensimon.
