We've certainly heard a lot about Chris Brown in recent years.

Now he’s doing the talking -- for one night only.

On June 8, the documentary, "Chris Brown: Welcome to My Life," will be shown in theaters around the country, including more than a dozen in metro Atlanta (for a complete list of theaters, visit www.Fathomevents.com).

Described as a chance for Brown, the talented singer-songwriter with the tumultuous personal life, “to tell his own story . . . beyond the spotlight and past the attention-grabbing headlines,” the documentary will be shown just once, at 7:30 p.m.

Along with new interviews with Brown and onstage and behind-the-scenes footage, “Welcome to My Life” also features interviews with Usher, Jennifer Lopez, Mike Tyson, Rita Ora, Mary J. Blige, Jamie Foxx and others.

Moviegoers will also get to see an exclusive Q&A with Brown.

Tickets can be purchased online at www.FathomEvents.com, www.ChrisBrownDocumentary.com and at the box offices at participating theaters.
